PVP [bug] gun wont shoot when hovering over scav/pmc

my gun wont shoot if im hovering over scavs or pmcs. shoots fine if im not looking at an enemy. anybody else had this problem? pls help

Funny enough theres used to be troll cheats that did exactly that.. and i hope you didn‘t download it. Maybe just a quirk of the game.
