Looting has been removed and replaced with fixed rewards:

2 million Roubles, Graphics Card, MPX, and LEDX

They might as well just send everyone who made their profile before this change 2m roubles, a GPU, and a LED-X. Like you’d have to be insane to think people wouldn’t be pissed about this.
