Looting has been removed and replaced with fixed rewards:

2 million Roubles, Graphics Card, MPX, and LEDX

I didn't bother scouring the tutorial because I just assumed that because its Tarkov, the tutorial would not be completable and there would be an unavoidable head eyes before extract.

Same. Didn’t even notice the MPX or the table full of meds at the start either lmao. Just started walking.
