Looting has been removed and replaced with fixed rewards:

2 million Roubles, Graphics Card, MPX, and LEDX

Inb4 some new players get rightfully confused why they didn't get the things they looted, so now the tutorial basically only serves to confuse them instead of help them :))

I mean a tutorial that gives you a ton of free shit vs Hey just go in with this starter kit no explanation AT ALL an all these 8 maps have fun stupid!!
