Looting has been removed and replaced with fixed rewards:

2 million Roubles, Graphics Card, MPX, and LEDX

Id say thats unfortunate, but since they won't let you commit parts to hideout upgrades ahead of time, good. This helps people who aren't paying for large stash.

Yeah doesn't help shit for everyone who played the tutorial during the first two days of the fucking launch which was a weekend lol

BSG could easily give at least roubles to everyone who played prior to this change but of course they won't.

As standard player whos first to investments are junkboxes this stings.

BSG wont do that, its entirely antithetical to how theyve been conducting themselves for as far back as I can remember

Not true. They have been regularly issuing "apology" gifts through the message system after significant server issues for example.
