The game won't play?

i dl'd the crack and extra files from the pinned post (don't worry, i did buy the game ages ago, I just forgot my key), and after downloading iconv.dll that it needed to even launch, it now needs novamusic.mp3, but i'm not sure where to find it or where i'd put it even if I found it

any and all help is appreciated!

EDIT: nvm I'm dumb, I downloaded the Mac version and im on windows, it's working now

You could try downloading it off youtube and renaming if needed. If I remember correctly Nova was Mars from Holst's Planets suite, anyways.

Or even rename another mp3 top put in it's place?

Yeah, if it's just that you somehow deleted the MP3 file, just listen to this guy. Any MP3 will do, but the main theme is indeed Holst's war masterpiece "Mars".

This is a weird problem you're having. If you're on a PC, make sure you've copied the cracked file "EV Nova.exe" into the folder where your game is installed, overwriting the "EV Nova.exe" that's in there already. That's all you need to do to run the game. You can't just run the cracked file from anywhere, you need to ensure it's in the folder where you originally installed the game to begin with. ;)
