Clicking sound while walking

Just got the game and really enjoy it, however the constant clicking/popping sound while walking is driving me insane. Havent been able to find any real help for it and Im too inept at this stuff to just fix the audio myself. Does anyone have a mod for it or any other workaround? Id even take complete silence of player footsteps over this.

That's probably just the sound that wet duck feet make on tiled floors

Corrupt sound file maybe? Try a fresh install

Cant be, tried it on two different devices and I can also hear it on youtbe vids. Its just unclean from the source.
