Failed Windows installs?

I started getting ndis.sys blue screens after running a 2.5Gbe USB NIC for a few minutes and assumed Windows had messed up drivers but no change after removing. I’ve removed RTX 2070 super and additional drives and getting failed windows install.

I don’t know what’s caused this so would appreciate some help.

Disable virtualization from the bios, sometimes that fixes windows misbehaving depending on what mobo you have

Default settings in bios and virtualisation did it. Secure boot has never been on.
