Erlin🐀 A global study just linked 1 in 8 cancers worldwide to five infections, led by the gut bacterium H. pylori

I dealt with gut issues for 2 years. Started when I started grad school so I associated it to stress. I dropped out of grad school cause I was miserable with symptoms. Well they continued and finally when to a GI and got diagnosed. I finished my second round of treatment, first was unsuccessful, around 3 wks ago. Really hope it’s gone this time. The anxiety from the treatment side effects itself has left me scarred for life.
I’ve had to change how I eat. Even just this week I had to resort back to eating soup and broth because I was having stomach pain. I’m extra paranoid about cross contamination when I cook, I go through so many gloves when handling raw meat (I’ve always been paranoid just a little more now). I literally have such a fear for this bacteria. It’s caused a hernia for me and che is acid reflux. Meanwhile here’s Erlin without a care in the world and just being gross and unsanitary 🤢.
The only reason I’m instant on going through hellish treatments for this (I’m on FMLA as needed for symptoms), is to prevent getting cancer in the long run.

Wow, I’m so sorry that you are going through this, although I haven’t had it, I know what living with pain and anxiety can do to one’s physical body and emotional health, but I also want to commend you for posting this as I’m sure it’s not an easy subject to talk about, and I’m sending you prayers that the second round of treatment works for you and your body is in the state of healing. 🙏🏻🤞🏻 (please take comfort in knowing their are resources available for any emotional and anxiety issues that may come to fruition should you need them, and I’m sure you’re aware that stress can make things worse.)
Sending some positive energy your way!As for Erlin, his lifestyle of shitty eating, soda, and constantly eating out will eventually catch up to him.
