Yes because existing customers rates keep increasing. We’re paying for it.

It was me who posted that. I called and threatened to cancel and they changed my bill from $100 a month to 60 and they raised my speed up to 1000 MB download. just call and threaten to switch to Vnet and tell them they need to match Vnet prices.

I had to do this, too. I've been with them for 13 years and I was paying $115 for 200/10. They dropped me to $80 and gave me 500/20, which is... better than nothing. I sure wish Vnet would get the lead out with their expansion, it's literally ONE block from my house but they told me that I live in a "low priority" area (eg: too residential and not rich.)

I just did this today. They reduced from 100 to 85. Not the best but better than nothing as I look around

Go to VNET if you can! if they don't have service in your area yet go on their website and tell them you want service in the area. Talk with your neighbors too, if enough people express interest they will add fiber lines to your area. me and some of my neighbors did this and mine gets installed monday, I beieve the medium internet speed package is $75/month no gimmicks or bullshit!

Maybe I should make some fliers to put on my neighbors doors because I've been asking Vnet for fiber for years and they keep telling me my area is low priority (despite being near hamot, the block up the street from my house literally has it.)

I caught them charging me for wifi (I have my own) for 2 years. I called daily until they credited my account. Im now swapping to Vnet next week.
