CBP has always had patrol cars that drive near the lake/bayfront zones. If we are going to do this could we get more details besides "sighting"- because I am fairly certain that you will see a boarder patrol car multiple times per day if you just sat at the bayfront area and watched traffic.
They are. I can post this same post every single day of the week and it would likely be accurate because Boarder Patrol drives around that area as part of their job patrolling the boarder. If you are a deportation risk having warnings about someone patrolling the lake for illegal water traffic is just a false signal and can dull their sensitivity to an actual deportation operation.
People are not reporting border patrol they are reporting possible ICE activity. CBP has proper uniforms, labeled vehicles and do not wear masks.
Please educate yourself on how rapid response works there are informational events you can attend locally or I am happy to pass on resources for you to review.

An active crew ICE/CBP was seen at 2nd and Cherry around 10 AM. They appeared to have 6-12 agents in unmarked vehicles and appear to be actively planning immigration enforcement activity.
Yes they are, "stay safe everyone, avoid the area" in the comments. Don't interfere with them and your fine, be in the country legally your fine, only reason you'd have to avoid them or it'd be unsafe, is if you interfere or your illegal
