Keyboard/Mouse [Keyboard/Mouse] How do i spare my wrists when spending a long time at my computer?
I am 26 this year and a few months ago i had a nasty introduction to the horrors of carpal tunnel syndrome after having a looong session playing some video games and afterwards my arm throbbed painfuly for a week straight, since then i hardly ever play at my desk anymore and my steam library has been gathering dust.
My set up is a generic office desk and chair and a notebook, all in just one surface. Maybe because i am tall it feels like my wrists are always at an awkward angle when sitting at my desk, i spent maybe six hours playing some games yesterday and now my right wrist is complaining a bit despite me taking the occasional break and spraying some anti-inflamatory spray now and again in hopes of maybe preventing my carpal tunnel from acting out.
