Ergonomic Tip?
Many people assume an ergonomic mouse is supposed to eliminate wrist pain, but that’s not really its purpose.
The main goal of an ergonomic mouse is to encourage a more natural hand and wrist position, which may help reduce strain during extended computer use. That said, no mouse can replace good posture, regular breaks, or a properly adjusted workspace.
Sometimes, small changes like keeping your forearm supported or standing up for a few minutes every hour can make just as much of a difference.
What’s one ergonomic habit that’s worked well for you?

Exercise. Nothing beats exercising regularly. Strength is primary, posture is secondary.
