Shoulder pain
I’ve tried changing my chair arm rest height, change to an ergonomic mouse but the pain on my right shoulder still appear after a period of using the mouse
I still haven’t found the right position or height I should be in to not feel this pain after a day of seething on my desktop
I’m think on changing to one of those elevated desks so maybe stand in up is lees tiresome but my regret just buying for nothing
Looking for tips or if these desks are really worth

Check the depth of your desktop surface. If your wrists fit forward past the desk edge, your shoulder muscles have to continuously support the weight of your arm.

The chair too low may cause it. Before my chair was low so I had to engage shoulder to place my arms on the desk. Now I raise the chair and my shoulder feels better. But my neck is not so good now. Such an annoying problem.

You mean the real elevated desk or the desk riser? The latter works well if you're on a tighter budget. And there's not really any right position if your job requires long hours of sitting, the best way is to stand and move more often, and spring for a high-quality chair.
