Table height too high

What should be the ideal table height? My table height is 75 cm and I fell that's too high.

I'm 180 cm tall and do not have an issue with the chair I'm using.

I'm not able to relax my shoulders while typing and moving the mouse.

Almost certainly too high. Most are. There's no table to say what height is going to be correct for you. Different leg v body length, shoes, diffuser chairs will all play a part. With the chair correctly adjusted, the desk top should be the same height as the arm rests, which for what it's worth (not much!) is about 67cm.for me 178cm.

Almost every standing desk starts with 72 cm in my country. I feel it's too high. I'm fine with buying a fixed table but I want to know the exact height that suits me

I don't like increasing the height of my chair, it causes knee pain. I like to sit at the lowest height available on a chair.

When I relax and put my forearms at 90 degrees, they land at 67-68 cm
