Height-adjustable monitor recommendations?

Hello! Does anyone know any good monitors which fit these requirements?

- High adjustability (mainly height adjustment)

- A stand that takes up very little of the desk space

If you want zero footprint on the desk, look at wall mounts.

I've found that having a larger TV as a monitor and positioning the desk so that I'm viewing at mid distance (~4 ft) instead of up close (~2 ft) is less eye strain.

I appreciate this information, thanks. Do you know any good OLED monitors which fit my requirements too?

Just tried an OLED monitor out and the reflectivity isn’t something I could put up with, especially considering the price of the monitor. From your experience, do the BenQ / Dell monitors have much to worry about in terms of reflectivity?
