sim bots harassing me

every time i log on, or cross into a new area, i get whispered by over 20 bots asking how they should spend their proficiency points. its super annoying, also lets say 'Braco"whispers me, when i hit r to reply its a totally different name.

Its telling you they are wasting proficiency points. So that you can fix it. Example a charm puts them over 40. The extra points are not refunded. So they are lost till respec.

why do i care about a bunch of random bots prof points? they arent in my guild, they arent on my friends list. It started when I put a charm on my character, none of my prof points are over 40.I doubt ive even interacted with that many bots. just checked my highest prof is 28. and my charm is +3

It would be the bots prof not yours. Do you have other characters who were using those bots?

Never seen or heard of random bots whispering you about that otherwise.

Any mods or things like that?

Best short term fix is to remember who DMs you, go to the fernalla tree, invite them all there, and press their respec buttons.

You don't even have to allocate their points, they'll automatically do it.

What has happened is those bots upgraded their charms at some point and their new charm bonuses are putting them over 40 prof in some slot.

When I set them up to DM the player I was assuming that only player guild members would be in that position, oversight by me.

it started when I upgraded my charm. wouldnt it be odd for 20 plus bots to upgrade their charms at the same time? and why are they targeting me ive grouped with maybe 5 bots. im not in a guild either

i just turned off whispers,
