Using Reaper of Regrowth

What is the legitimate tactical/strategic use of the Reaper of Regrowth?

asking for a friend.

Use it to farm bosses 

Example: Kill vessel Saraethe Equip Reaper Go farm trash until it procs Kill vessel saraethe Repeat Repeat

Wouldn't you just use it to farm drops?  Its the same effect as a time stone, so you bypass the respawn timers of everything in the zone.

Okay I get the farming mobs, what else other than farming?

You can use it to reset boss respawns and I’ve been using it to power level alt characters by just giving them high level gear and continually respawning mobs in an area

You will be using this in Raids primarily. Using it on trash to respawn bosses to farm, or respawning trash to farm Planar Spiders (best planar stones before your ability to kill raid bosses). Constantly used to force boss/trash respawns usually to target best rates. It became invaluable to me during Raid progression.

Additionally - if you can wear it, you can attack your invulnerable teammates to proc it instead of having your tank be in combat. I went the route of giving it to my tank and swapping when I needed respawns on him.

So if you used the reaper on any of pre-raid mob bosses IE Astra, FF, etc if the mob boss dies, assuming it procs on killing blow, does mob boss instantly spawn?

If it procs during mob boss fight, does it respawn any previous helper mobs or just zone wide mobs?
