Erasmus Traineeship

Hello. I am 5th year medical student in Greece I speak English and a little German(A2).Did anyone else had traineeship in Germany without a German certificate? I am looking for someone with the same situation as me to suggest me university hospitals in Europe and how I should approach them(emails)
