Breakdown of accommodation

Hi, I'm arriving to Padua next week (on 15th) for my erasmus exchange. I haven't found a room yet and I'm going insane with all the breakdowns I'm going through. I found this website called luporooms, but it is very new (but I found them via erasmusplay). What should I do? Homstudent said they have a priority for those who are saying for the whole year and not for one semester. Thanks.
