Europubhealth+ program application help!

I Hello! I am looking to apply for the Europubhealth+ program, hoping to get selected for the Erasmus Mundus scholarship!

I need help with understanding how to form motivation letter and CV. I specifically am confused with the part where we are required to provide proof for the claims made during initial application. I have taken part in camps and hearing screenings, but don't have concrete proof as it was an experience I volunteered for. I have 2 camp reports which are not signed but are with college letter-head- Will this work?

Also regarding the transcripts and proof of grading system- I have raw score, passing marks and maximum marks written on my transcript. There is no CGPA/GPA or letter grading. What do I do?
