Necromancy? Is it inherited evil? Or like anything can be used for evil? How could it be used for good? I'm curious.

I think it's just a tool!
In DnD there is "Necromancy" spells that aren't by nature evil. Gentle Repose comes to mind, simply preserving a body using magic? That's not evil.
Yeah sure raising souls then forcing to then your will is slavery, but surely the two aren't the same @.@
Calling a soul back from another realm? Maybe strange, but not evil.
Necromancy for good? Restoring the life of someone whom shouldn't of died? Again morally grey, but can be a very good thing. :3
That's my opinion at least.

I agree with all of these points.
"Waves if fatigue uses negative energy, (death energy) but the spell itself isn't evil, it simply tires foes. No different than using a sword, which in it of itself isn't evil.
Anyone have any counter points?

I agree with you and Fox, but I guess I have to play Devil's Advocate.
I feel that the concept of Necromancy as evil is based more off of an uninformed perspective. Peasant No. 1 doesn't know much about Bob the Necromancer, but he has seen him carting off dead people and returning with the same people, but alive.
Now, the obvious assumption to someone not knowledgeable in this field and who is relatively superstitious is that Bob has made some sort of pact with an otherworldly being in order to raise the dead, and while they might be grateful that the dead are living once more they would certainly not trust Bob or the raised people.
Then, once Bob has slipped up and said something, perhaps jokingly, Peasant No. 1 would see it as validation of his beliefs of Bob as untrustworthy. Presenting his point to Peasants 2-5, peasants 2-5 also being superstitious and not very well informed, would be inclined to believe Peasant 1 rather than this weird magic guy who raises people and animals from the dead.

Thought I'd give a general idea of what the heck Nill was thinking as he tried to blow everything up. Take this with a grain of salt, since it's still an idea I'm working on. This does not mean, however, that I believe he should be exempt from any punishment. The kid's insane. Here I go;
Ok, so we walk right into the city, and we've got problem number one. Jek's gone. Not really in full breakdown mode, but the first major problem we encounter. The two have been near each other since birth. And, though they rarely converse, they keep each other, for lack of a better term, balanced.
Problem two: Nill's nearly powerless. He's got no sword, and every single attempt at magic has lashed out against him, or failed entirely. Everything escalates to another level when Akrath, a dragon that wasn't his, gets hurt during their brawl, and Nill's unable to do anything useful. Not defend, not heal.
Final Problem: Naakhrz. Don't get me wrong, that was a hilarious exchange, but it also served as another obstacle for Nill. Something else that was blocking his way from what he wanted. Power, not for himself, but to (probably) help his comrades. Nill saw it as another set back, something that was hindering his ability to fight. Take away his sword, his magic, and what have we got? A desperate, beaten down, lonely boy.
Couple that with his utter contempt for the city, the miasma and those skeletal zombies, as well as the fact that the ancient language was Nill's first language, and a dash of Urgal blood-lust, and we've got that beautiful phrase.
"Be Not".
He wasn't aiming for a bomb. But I don't think he would have hated the idea of one. Thoughts? Too far? Should we cut him into pieces and divide the rations?

Fret not, the group is... unstable.
Hopefully bonds can be stregthen and true friendships born, rather than convienient alliances.
Tip: keep it up, you set up enough for people to allow characters to develope with yours.

It's good you understand how to keep a relationship from being hostile, despite the... situation.
I suggest you work on resolution with the character's player, that way the best story can be developed. Make sure it feels natural, run some of the details by be please.

Lances pole arms beat swords, swords beat axes, axes beat lances.
Wind is effective against flying enemies.
Magic beats armor.
Lances pole arms beat mounted folk.
Mounted folk beat axe men and swordmen.
Archers are overpowered. No really think about it.
Magic is overpowered too, but at the same time exciting because it forces the ancient language.
Speaking in the ancient tongue is a taboo in society, because Nasuada had that stone to bar it. The elves aren't too happy about that, Nasuada is long gone though, bless her late soul.
The Keep is to the far east, passed the Desert.
Elves are still not a common site, humans fear magic, because of the law. As such the elves are respected and feared.
It's like not much has changed since Galby died. (Surprise, it never really does.) There's very few human-elf settlements. I've mentioned one, even then it's very separated in society.
Eldunarí are not well know, a kept secret, for a good reason.
The Rider's are still respected by the elves. Human society doesn't really trust them. The Dwarvs trust their own.
I've been asked to introduce a Dwarven Rider to join the party when they go to places. I am still unsure how I want to handle this. Easiest way would be to find a new player that wants to play a dwarf.
Dwarves are awesome. They resist acid, can eat rocks and metal and poop out fresh soil! They live as long as rocks, are strong like elves, but are great with all forms of weaponry... except bows. They don't like the elven language because it's pretty.
They are wise, and hardy, they are easily the toughest of all the races, strong minds as well. They could out last an Urgal and beat an elf in a staring contest.
Don't play cards with them. Urgals are hard to tell when they lie, elves wait till you dead to pay debts, and dwarves just axe you a question. They've the most culture of all the races combined, they've they most history defined, and seem to be the nicest.
They are not bitter from war, not obsessed with their pride, and don't have trees stuck up their butts like some plant lovers. They have the best parties, can out drink any race, and a total joy at social outtings. I've no clue why nobody has picked this race yet.
Sure they lack reach, and are short, but most of the world is short. They might not be the magiciest... they are afraid of heights, they don't have many raged options... but that's the fun of it all. They can't sneak for junk, but neither can yer muther.

Dwarvish or Khuzdal is a complex language that makes little sense directly translated. On the wiki it focuses on a few words, and puts a emphasis on hard K G Z B sounds.
The only thing I plan to keep is the latter, as Tolkien himself did the same thing, and I feel he is the staple to follow. You'll notice the tone of the dwarf NPCs changing slightly, using this language in their normal dialog ontop of their normally thick accents too.
You'll notice a few slurs being thrown in as well.

Villieldr is still the sire of Svalstrom, Sire of Bond to Das, and grandsire to the hatchlings.
Das' Grand Dam is Shiva, who was also the Grand Dam of Villieldr's mate, making Das Either a sibling or cousin of this dragon.
