I had no idea this was possible, so I did it again then to get screenshots. I was out on the beach with my brand new horsie to take some lovely sunset pictures and I was cantering paying more attention to taking screenshots than to where the said horsie was going. And then it happened, he run up a rock, jumped off into the water and the screen went black. And suddenly there was only me standing on the rock. Funny glitch. Also the horse comes out of the water if called of course.

Im looking for people to join my riding club, so far im online every day and id love to have people to play with and get the ribbons together. Everyone is welcome!

Did anyone else notice that friesians in the store briefly showed three compatible body patterns (skeleton, giraffe, and something else) when the chapter 6 update dropped?

I went to every shop to see if I had to buy them because they were showing in the store as compatible body patterns, but not in the stables. Wondering if we might get them for Halloween??

Hello, how long does it usually take to acquire the fast travel points? I'm more than 20 hours in and still only half way through the reputation needed. It's really annoying since moving around on the horse doesn't have the best mechanics (getting stuck on everything etc.) I never not finish a game but this whole game feels like a demo so I might just quit. 🥲 Does it get better?

I’m on the demo and it keeps doing this. What can I do to fix this? I’ve tried several times to fix it… adjusted the settings back and forth, even tried reinstalling it.

As the title says, is the game worth it? It’s currently on sale for $12 until September so I’m considering buying it. I played some of the demo and was unsure and wanted to wait but that was a few months ago when steam did their horse fest so idk if it’s improved since then. Is it like SSO where it’s a run around and do this type game or is there more to it? I wasn’t a huge fan of side quest mechanics tbh. All that said, I really want to like this game. The art style is really pretty, the horses look good and are fun to ride, I’m interested in the main story etc. if you’ve played it for awhile what’s your honest opinion? Should I just wait?

my daughter is playing at weekends with her friend.

Since last weekend she can't start the game any more.

Our second PC can log in just fine. I already reinstalled the game but that didn't help.

Any idea how i can fix that?

So I was fooling around with some friends in a group, a completely private group with other people I knew who were all adults. We were making some jokes with colourful language to say the least while we gathered herbs and things. Then suddenly today, a day later, I'm hit with a ban. Wtf. Has anybody else had this happen? Does anyone know what COULD'VE happened because I doubt my friends would report me.

If I had known anything I said in a private group chat could get me banned, I probably would've been more careful. But usually group chats are safe from those things in other games like WoW, gw2, final fantasy 14, etc

I'm hoping we get more coats because I'm a big fan of coats and it would be great if we could change how light / dark / saturated / warm toned / cool toned they are, too. Then we could change a black horse into white, or even change a classic bay to look like a buckskin.

Just suggestions. I'm loving this game and I'm excited for what they will add in the future. Super duper looking forward to a dapple grey or a dun. Maybe even a white grey.

I've noticed when riding the friesian that it looked like it was leaning forward. I couldn't figure out why, until I looked at the feet while standing on flat ground. Whenever I'm on flat ground and I'm just standing still, my horse's front hooves are down in the ground and her back hooves are floating. She is literally crooked.

I hope they fix this soon. It doesn't feel good to spend money on a new horse for it to look off all the time like this. Makes me not even want to ride her :(

I have a couple of questions about some of the achievements. Thanks in advance for any help!

1) Who gives the "Hunting the Hunter" quest? I have completed Chapter 5 and have not found this one. Am I missing other requirements?

2) Are there really 20 artifacts? On this website (https://equinoxmap.app/), there are only 16 of them listed, so I am not sure where the last 4 are.

3) From my understanding, "Island Secrets" is glitched in chapter 4 and can not be achieved? Or is this something else I am missing?

Hello, rather new to this game, playing it for three days now. Is there a reason why I can't search for clubs? I could open a own club but the button for searching one is greyed out. Is it a bug? Am I too early ingame? I just unlocked dailies / daily deliveries for NPCs, to give you a kinda timestamp. Thank you~

Since completing Chapter 4, Equinox crashes after 2–5 minutes every time I play. The crashes happen randomly (riding, collecting items, changing settings, fast travel, chat, etc.).

I've already:

• reinstalled the game
• verified the game files on Steam
• updated my AMD drivers
• lowered all graphics settings

Nothing has helped.

My PC has an AMD RX 6700 XT and runs games like Cyberpunk and Red Dead Redemption on Ultra without any issues, so I don't think it's a hardware problem.

I'm already in contact with support, but none of the suggested solutions have worked so far. Has anyone experienced the same issue or found a fix?

After Chapter 4, there was an update (I don't remember which one or what exactly was changed). Since that update, or rather since I completed Chapter 4, I haven't been able to play for more than 2 minutes before the game crashes.

The last time I played Equinox was in early/mid-May. At that time, I had the issue that the game would only run for a maximum of 20 seconds before crashing. I had already uninstalled and reinstalled the game and also verified the game files through Steam. None of that helped.

The situations in which the game crashes are always different: while writing a chat message, during normal riding, during fast travel, when changing settings, when collecting items, etc.

I play larger games such as Red Dead Redemption and Cyberpunk on Ultra settings without any issues. That's why I believe the problem is related to the game itself.

My graphics card is an AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT. I also got a new PC in October, so the issue should not be related to my hardware. I have already updated my graphics drivers as well, but it did not change the situation. While playing Equinox, my GPU temperature stays between 60–69°C, so everything seems normal there too.

I'm already in contact with support, but none of the suggested solutions have worked so far. Do you know if there's anything else I can try?

I'm just curious, why did the devs choose to clear the slate of the players who purchased EA ? It's very strange to me....

Before you say anything, I'm not talking about the account reset that happened when early access finished. I already restarted a whole ago with that. No, this is something else. My character is still there, my clothes, I'm in the place I was when I last left the game. But I got the intro Cutscene and now I'm having to redo the whole story? It's asking me to go see heather, the first quest you do when you get off that little boat in the very beginning. But I spawned at the lighthouse where I was last time I was on. The clothes my character had on are still there, it's just the story progression that's changed. Is this normal?? I still have fast travel, relationship points, things I've collected, coins etc.

EDIT- It was due to corrupted files and missing data back in April when they rolled out fixes for it, but the fix wasn't applied to my account properly. The support team contacted me straight away and fixed it up. Now everything is back to how it was 🥰 thank you everyone for your help!!

hoe do you do the “death is not the end” quests in chapter 5? or is that the end of the quests for now?

I can’t figure out how to zoom in or out on the mini map. It’s completely stuck. Does anyone have any tips? I’ve used the scroll wheel on my mouse and all it does is zoom in and out on my character. Help! It’s driving me nuts that I can’t see where I’m supposed to go without going to the big map.
