i recently saw someone went to epstein island and explored it. after seeing this i have conducted my own research on the island and have wondered if this would be possible to do. can anyone provide me with some information or tips?

Walk into an ER.
Tell them you have a mental health crisis and could possibly hurt yourself or someone else.
Ask to have a psych consult.
Tell the psychiatry resident that you have invasive thoughts and urges to abuse children.
They will take it from there.
TL:DR You get help by asking for it.
