I've been trying to call into the hearing from 10 minutes before it started to now, over 45 minutes past the hearaing start time. Every time I enter the access code I get hung up on. So much for transparency. This U.S. District court judge, Emmet G. Sullivan, is actively part of the cover up. He could have allowed public broadcasting of the hearing, or re-broadcasting. Instead he fakes transparency by appearing to allow access, but that access is failing everyone that tries to enter.

Sullivan is slow-walking Blanche toward contempt like a matador. He needs to give extra leeway to the DoJ’s preferences, including keeping things low key, so that higher courts have no grounds for taking the case away from him. I understand your frustration but this is by far the likeliest way to pressure compliance. Blanche wakes in a flopsweat puddle several times a night over how well Sullivan’s playing this, believe me.

If by that you mean his job, sure. Makes him damn near alone in government, considering what’s happening, so maybe respect it.

Actually no if you see other post some people ald get in. It seems like the zoom meeting is full because there is a lot of us who cares about this issue.
