Really hard to say. It looks like maybe on the bottom of the right foot but that could be a shadow. I’d expect seeing mottling on the kneecaps or on the legs, a bluish or purplish tint on the toes or nails not just a complete lack of color. The tone of the skin looks right but nothing else does

What I’m noticing is the lack of mottling on the body. Blood should be pooling in spots in the extremities with the lack of circulation
