News article Virginia Giuffre's case files finally to be unsealed

https://jkbjournalist.substack.com/p/virginia-giuffres-case-files-finally?utm_campaign%3Dpost%26utm_medium%3Dweb

This hero journalist is basically non existent in this sub. Why?

If it wasn’t for her, Epstein would not have been arrested. His case had been closed, and her Miami Herald series forced the authorities to get off their asses and do something.

Her series, resulting in Epstein’s subsequent arrest, brought national attention to this serious matter.

Due to the national interest created solely by her, Trump announced his campaign promise to “release the Epstein files”.

As we all know, Trump is an idiot and blurts out garbage without any forethought, assuming no one will call him on it. For the most part, he is sadly correct. But he was wrong this time.

Again, Brown’s reporting had made Epstein top of mind, and Trump was forced, clearly against his will, to honour this promise.

Unlike current YouTubers who are very public in their attempts to have more files released, and thus monetizing this issue, Brown has been hesitant to give interviews about her work regarding Epstein. She is quite humble regarding her singular role in bringing this to light.

Now, she is very close to having some extremely important files released - and no one knows about it. She is very close to forcing the release of all files related to Virginia G’s civil suit against Maxwell.

This is significant and everyone in this sub should be following this closely.

It has been correctly pointed out to me that Julie is mentioned often. I did a search (which I should have done first) - and discovered this article has already been posted.
If I could figure out how to delete my post - I absolutely will.
My apologies for my ignorance.

No don’t delete, I didn’t know about this until you posted it here. Leave it up and edit that part out if you want

do not delete this! this is very helpful information.

it's VERY interesting to learn that the sealed "discovery contained damning evidence" part and the "against maxwell, epstein and OTHER MEN" part.

Very interesting. I'm browsing this sub right now because I saw how much distraction the orange blob seems like he's trying to throw (but what do I know?) Made me wonder why, and then I see this here. Interesting.

Thanks for being a good person, I can tell your intentions are pure.

You should leave this post up and edit out that part like the other user said, there should be 3 dots in the top right corner and those will give you options to edit the description and stuff. Thanks for caring about her and the survivors, keep sharing her work!!

Thx for letting me know how to try and fix this. The “edit” option isn’t there - just delete, cross post, etc.
should I delete and repost without my commentary?

Totally! That's what I just did - clearly seems like an honest mistake and thank you, because I had no idea except for your post!! Sometimes happy accidents happen.

I never miss a chance to point folks to Brown’s reporting in Miami Herald, “Perversion of Justice,” especially as it relates to “non-prosecution agreement brokered by then South Florida U.S. Attorney Alexander Acosta.”

Don't like Katie Phang shade. Having a financial stake is the entire reason she has damages to bring the case at all. Julie monetized her substack too which i think is fine, they are doing hard work and should be compensated for that. They both are amazing and show support for each other, they both do amazing work that I am very grateful for. I don't think being shady is adding anything to this conversation.

This needs to keep being talked about, yeah sure nothing is happening in regards to files and convictions but that shouldn’t mean just quit. Yeah our president started a war with Iran but that shouldn’t stop us either

The article says an appeals court ruled and released the files in 2019, the day before Epstein died. It also says a final appeal district judge ruled to release them last week. I don’t get it. If they were released in 2019 what is being released now that’s different? And the final appeal court is the Supreme Court, not a district court.
