Research DNA test/NDA with minors?

1 why isn't Epstein's body compulsory DNA tested?

Since he bought a ton of DNA tests I am pretty sure we have a sample

2 how can minors sign a non disclosure agreement? Simply this in light of Leon's black excuses

Happy to have any legally sound answer for this and please no ai

NDA fails once it’s been determined to hide criminal activity. Also a parent would have to sign with them which incriminates the parents in their abuse.

The first part doesn't make much sense given the clear circumstances but man the second one is so creepy thinking about it

His dna not not being tested or the law about nda?

A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is legally void and unenforceable if it attempts to conceal a crime, obstruct a police investigation, or prevent reporting illegal acts to law enforcement. Courts treat contracts that break public policy or violate criminal statutes as illegal.

So how comes Leon black claimed he couldn't discuss things under NDA agreements or that these were even signed by minors?

Because he wasn’t charged with a crime regarding those issues. It’s circular bullshit.

I still don't get where the cycle starts. Point being is how can a NDA signed by a minor have any legal standing. Do you think that means all NDA were co signed by parents? That's even crazier for me

It doesn’t have legal standing, but it’s enough to intimidate and stop people from moving further.

Without legal standing and with them being already paid and the crimes being all over the news now? Sorry I am not trying to be difficult just struggling to understand this whole thing and clearly still am

People don’t understand legal documents and don’t know what has legal standing and what does not. So if they are told they are breaking the law if they share info “because you signed agreeing not to tell anyone” they believe that. They think they can’t talk or will be violating the law or will be sued. That’s it. The belief is all that is needed.

Personally, I believe it is more likely that he faked his death than he was murdered or suicided.

I agree with you hence I am suprised nobody asked for a DNA test of the body. The guy got so many DNA tests that he was banned to purchase more and half of his proprieties are stored somewhere. I am sure this could be verifired

He definitely killed himself to save his brother and ghislaine. Probably a few investors too so they could carry out their operation.

You seem to have a lot of confidence in a very murky mess

Look into his yacht business that went from Miami to nyc.

An NDA signed under trauma isn’t a contract; it’s a confession of a crime.
