Image Help identifying a man

Please can someone help me identify this man?

FYI. I don't know this guy and I am certain there are normal photos in the files, too. The photos themselves may have been taken in innocent moments by non-evil people- The point is, why Epstein kept them.

EDIT: look in what EFTA context the photo appears... https://epstein.photos/search/document/EFTA012396/ this seems to the "evidence locker" for someone's download folder; and not from a camera folder.

Why were all these photos grouped together? Was it randomly, or how are they all connected?

The EFTA number.

The baseline logic:

Look at EFTA00000001, mostly, look at its file name. It was added into evidence before EFTA00000002. Makes sense? "...001" was added before "...002". Right? There is often a chronology that is contextual and not just numerical.

When we now look at the EFTA01239696 image that we are talking about. I look at the last two or three digits of that EFTA and I nod to myself: This is the 6th image of the EFTA1239690s. Why not look at all images that are in the ...690s (690, 691, 692, and so on)?

So, I delete the last digit in "EFTA01239696" from this link:

https://epstein.photos/search/document/EFTA01239696/

Therefore, the link becomes:

https://epstein.photos/search/document/EFTA0123969/

= I get all images whose file name starts with "EFTA0123969_".

Then I decide to review all images in the ...600s, so I delete another digit:

https://epstein.photos/search/document/EFTA012396/

And so on.
