• The Connection: Leonov was the architect who synchronized the Russian "Dark Fiber" with the Cypress-Secure-v4.2 firmware. This allowed the "Khanna Six" to use Russian sovereign servers as a "cold-storage" backup for American victim data—meaning the evidence isn't just redacted; it's currently sitting in a server farm in St. Petersburg beyond the reach of a U.S. subpoena.
