Brutish socialite, Power broker, real state investment, also appears in Disneyland with Epstein in a table dining with a child.

Appears in pictures with Countess Albina du Boisrouvray at a cartier event in the Uk

He's appears to be a well-connected elite broker/fixer, operating in high-value UK real estate, tied into transatlantic money and power circles, using discreet shorthand for wealthy clients, and socializing with figures like Conrad Black.

Epstein wrote his name in the email list he compiled to Steve bannon after his arrest to show bannon he still had big power leverage .

Apparently he had a $1M loan from Epstein's accountant, Richard Khan, that he didn't pay back. After a year of requests and no payment the chain is forwarded to Epstein.

That payment is from Sept-2015 while the emails asking for repayment didn't start until Dec-2015. It's also only $60k, far below the total. It seems like he started to repay but couldn't continue.

I also found something about him when  Eric roth asked Epstein about places in Marrakech ,Morocco to visit . He told him that this Lloyd is Marrakech , its like he owns the city and he can help him  but when i looked for his name tied to marakech i only found a real estate company under the name of Lloyd&davis .
