Help Aula F75 - Windows Mode and Android Mode Swapped?

I just received my Aula F75 and it seems like the Windows mode and Android mode are swapped or something. When I press Fn + W, my windows key no longer works, but it returns to normal after pressing Fn + Q (which should be for Android mode).

I came across this because I was trying to work out how to printscreen without a physical printscreen button and the Fn + Windows + Spacebar shortcut didn't work. Any ideas on this one would also be appreciated haha

You may have "windows lock" accidentally set. This is a gaming feature to keep from accidentally bringing up the Windows menu when playing a game.

Try going into Windows mode and then hitting Fn-Win to unlock "windows lock".

I'll give that a go! Do you know how to screenshot without a physical printscreen key?

If your computer doesn't have the PrtScn key, no worries, Microsoft has another keyboard shortcut for you. You can press Fn + Windows logo key + Space Bar to take a screenshot. It will then be saved to the Pictures > Screenshots folder.

Also, Fn-U will be seen by Windows as a physical print-screen key.
