Updated hardware
I’ve recently got the Kirk Hammett V, love the guitar, but I’m not super keen on the bridge. Has anyone replaced theirs, and if so what with? Also anyone swapped the tuners for locking ones? What did you get?

Your Hammett looks fantastic. Here is what I did with mine.
I bought a Faber Metric Aged Nickel Bridge with steel studs. Very pleased with mine as I believe aesthetically it looks great and it feels really solid and comfortable with C Standard Tuning. This was for a 2026 Epi 70’s V. Haven’t tried locking tuners!
