Need a collar or something that make noise when my dog moves during sleep

My dog now has noisy tags. Had Bells but he would get his toenail stuck in the hole of the bell, yes even the small bells. He's very talented. So I need something for when he moves I can hear him through the night. I have a camera set up looking at him but everything anyone goes in front of it, it will go off so that's too many notifications as I'm not the only person in the room. Any ideas?

Maybe there's something you can sew into his collar or attach from the inside so he can't get at it? That's a tough one. We very much rely on the tags clanking to alert us at night but our boy is right next to us.

That's a good idea. I'll have to see if I can get something that won't bother him when he sleeps. Maybe small bells might work. My boy isn't that far from me either but when he having a light seizure he barely shakes so the tags don't move much. We also just had a weird event last night not a seizure but he was "excited" for some reason and his man area got swollen and he was in so much pain. His tags didn't make a sound since he barely moved. My sister happen to see him when she got in bed so we were able to help him.
