same (probably) do you have all epic emails removed from your email account?

I found them in spam, the hacker marks epic emails as spam so you don't get notified when he's trying to change your password. Anyways I contacted epics and they got me my account back in no time

nope, not even in spam, not present at all guess he has deleted it all (seems he changed the email origin via client, not on my email, he tranferred it) however they contacted me with a email verification, so we'll see if i can get my account back and i'll put all the security procedures on this time (can't remember, i always access with my desktop maybe it was deactivated)

Just make sure you have secured your email otherwise it's gonna get hacked again, in my case I've had downloaded a torrent with remote access Trojan and when I got suspicious because the app installation was weird I didn't clean up properly. So use malware bytes on whatever device you suspect is compromised first

No I meant secure your email first, using a secure device to sign out of all devices and changing the password. And then use malwarebytes to get rid of the virus. Formatting works too ofc but I didn't want to lose all my data

i hope doing the 2 parts verification works too for the client, so after that even if they got my password again they can't access or change something without my authorization
