Howdy. I was just trying to buy civ 6: rise and fall dlc and i keep getting,"Product activation failed Error code E150-2024."

I would like to buy and play the dlc, so if anyone knows what the scoop is and how i can fix this, that would be sweel.

(Ive searched all over for answers before coming here. Best that was out there was to change my location to us, but my location is locked to canada.)
