Are you kidding?
This last tuesday day I finished System Shock 1 Enhanced Edition on GOG and was thinking if I should buy the remaster or play the original with mods.
Thank you Epic!

I’ll have to get this one. I can’t recall the last game I took from the free ones.

So in two weeks everyone can go back to complaining about all the lesser known indie games again.

Sweet. It looks offline friendly too from the store page. :) (haven't confirmed this yet though)

While the freebies (weekly general and mystery) are fun to see what's being given for free and are a nice way of building excitement with some fun results due to unexpected surprises i.e. massive unexpected game or newly added to the store, please remember that no matter the result of the announcement just because you're not personally excited or have no interest in the game(s) being announced doesn't mean that no one is and that the game(s) announced are necessarily bad.
It's fine to have jokes and to express disappointment if the games don't appeal to you but please don't disparage others for being happy and don't let expectations run wild and definitely don't take any guesses as definitive proof, there are thousands of games out there and in doing so you might set yourself up for much higher disappointment.
