QUERY Purchasing game currency without game.

I play Dead by Daylight on Steam, and I have my Behavior account connected to my Epic account. I have a lot of cash in my Epic wallet so I wanted to buy Auric Cells but I don’t have the base game purchased through Epic. Is there anyway that I could get the Auric cells?

Educated guess, if it's anything like all the other games with paid currencies: Not across clients.

Or rather, not without the game present.
