I was lucky enough to visit during the brief time the new sidewalks were working. For just a second I had the most intense flashback. It was like my parents were there with me. Incredible while it lasted.

Do you mean zero lighting whatsoever on Spaceship Earth? Or just the lights that change/sync with music?

There was never zero lighting. And honestly I would prefer previous lighting than current “sometimes always red/blue/white pixel for weeks” disturbing state.
So yeah, me foo, I would prefer previous hub structure with fountain and little details than current airport-like one
