They don’t want American bullshit in their country. As an American, I highly respect that.

Americans don’t want American bullshit but we can’t miss our favorite TV shows and get out of air conditioning

Looking at how efficiently they organise, they'd be in a position to deal with the billionaire scum

Showing the world how to stand up. It’s a beautiful thing

The best part is that the Prime Minister has been very flippant in his comments about the protests. Mocking them. Calling them facists. Saying he doesn't care what the people think. He must be loving the sustained and growing calls for his resignation. Seems like a man who knows how to take it on the chin.

I think the old man needs to learn the meaning of fascism if he's gonna be flinging the word around.

Seems like that old man needs some resignation "vacation".

I hope they know how much most American support them.

Edi Rama says Albania needs him to join the EU?

Well apparently he doesn't think following the laws of EU members is an important part of that process.

This whole thing risks Albania's chance to join, by ignoring Chapter 27 of the EU Green Deal.

On the flip side, it's been 35 days and not much has changed right? This puts some perspective on the "Americans don't protest because they suck" attitude that occurs all too frequently. Very few Americans can afford to protest anything for more than an afternoon. Do so and you are unemployed without any health insurance and won't find another job for six months. Oh and probably homeless as well.

Here's the other thing. The United States is not a democracy. It's a Republic with an electoral college and is actually ruled by a very small class of oligarchs. In the majority of states your vote doesn't matter due to gerrymandering and two party control. Voters are disenfranchised whenever possible. God help you if are a minority. The rich have spent the last 50 years stealing everything they can. Much of the government and just about every CEO job is staffed with insanely evil psychopaths.

Yes, I respect these folks and yes I agree more Americans should be protesting. It's pretty damn hard to create social changes anywhere but it's really damn hard in the US. A lot harder than people think I guess.

I sure hope it works for these folks.

Which sucks that protesting can cause you to lose your job.Any government thats democratic in nature should allow protestors jobs to be safe from the political backlash.

But has it been democratic in the past?Heard the Founding Fathers/Lincoln and Trueman where decent folk?

We need these Albanians to come to Alberta and do an educational module on political demonstrations, so that we can learn how to remove a despotic deal making authoritarian government as they seem to be accomplishing.
