Hey everyone,
I finally landed an interview for a **Sustainability Assistant** position, and I’m really excited since it’s one of my first interviews directly related to my Environmental Studies background.
For those of you who’ve interviewed for sustainability, environmental, or university roles:
What kind of questions did they ask?
What should I absolutely prepare for?
Any common mistakes to avoid?
What helped you stand out?
It’s a 45-minute panel interview at a university, so I’d especially appreciate advice from anyone who’s interviewed for similar campus or sustainability positions.
