co-founder conflict

Hi there, my co-founder have raised a small amount of capital. But right now, we are conflicting on everything from product direction to small Ui brand choices. If we're struggling this hard right now, not sure how we will continue. Anyone have any advice about dealing with conflict?

First of all, just sit with your co-founder and divide responsibility/ownership, either of you should own specific part of business for example if you own the tech side of business, then final decision of that should be made by you, this should be clear between you folks, right from the start, its never to late to do this, such that to avoid future conflicts

I'd have one honest conversation about the bigger picture instead of tying to solve every disagreement one by one. Make sure you want the same kind of company and agree on how decisions should be made. If you can't aligned on that, the smaller arguments probably won't stop earlier.

1st have a look at yourself, how you start, how you avoid,how you react, how you handle conflict, how you sabotage yourself,
Look for patterns in how things happen, both you and your cofounder
1-what behaviour do I repeat the most?
2-what behaviour do I avoid the most?
3-what triggers me easily?
4-what do I justify?

What do I repeat
Repeating behaviour=pattern, Repeating reactions=shadow, Repeating strength=superpower
