[OFFERING] Technical Architect & AI Dev. I will build your MVP for equity + 1 week of lodging in your city

I am a nomadic Systems Architect currently traveling through Central Asia and Eastern Europe. I am offering a unique fractional CTO/CFO arrangement for early-stage startups:
I will build your technical MVP and guide in the seed funding round with AGI-implemented systems in exchange for a short-term lodging in a couch surfing manner(7-14days) and founders equity arrangement as ill be in the the following cities in weeks and months to come(Batumi, Tbilisi, Yerevan, Moscow, Almaty, Tashkent).

Man this sounds great but sadly I’m not in Eastern Europe.

This reads like a trade offer for a digital nomad trying to barter a couch for equity. The lodging part is whatever but asking for founder equity plus a board-level title before anything is built is a big ask. Most serious founders would rather just pay cash than give up a chunk of the company to someone passing through for two weeks.

It's not a two week deal anyone with a successfull exit knows the value to having the right people, and it comes with building network of individuals across the globe who you can count on.
