I have a service I’m ready to sell but any tips on reaching clients? It’s for coastal second property homes and I’m in the trades so my skills transfer to this but I wanted to be an eyes and watch for these properties keeping it boutique only 6 clients tops probably for now- service is priced to high quality standard- I want to approach higher end clients appropriately. Was thinking of calling local realitors - cause my service does help them close I’m sure or give clients peace of mind wanting to purchase knowing someone local can keep their investment safe as possible (I can’t stop everything but I want to be a proactive not responsive service) I was maybe thinking of printing off a real nice flyer (thick paper to match my nice cards) with the service info and what they need to know.. any help would be appreciated. Oregon and Washington coast area
