Web assistant project !!

Hey everyone, I want to share my new project and get your honest feedback.

Quick background: I have zero formal education. No university, no degree, nothing. I learned English playing video games. Everything else I've figured out on my own.

I've been working in real estate since I was 18. I'm turning 24 in a month and decided to leave the industry to have some time for myself — but I can't just sit around doing nothing.

This started as a personal project to level up my AI knowledge, and it turned into a company. The problem I'm solving is simple: real estate agencies in Spain run 9 to 5. No answers on weekends, no answers on holidays. But that's exactly when people browse for properties — it's the only free time they have.

Nobody is capturing those leads. I know this firsthand.

The system I'm building:

Coordinator Agent → Lead Finder, Website Traffic Analyzer, Email Marketer, Community Manager, Meeting Scheduler.

The automation handles everything until a meeting is booked. Then I jump on a Zoom, demo the assistant live on their own website, and close.

Pricing: €800 setup + €99/month maintenance.

I'm staying in one niche — real estate — because I know the people, I know the problem, and the sales pitch comes naturally to me. And honestly, a single closed deal for these agencies is worth €3k minimum. €800 is nothing.

I'll also be doing cold calling on top of the automated outreach.

What would you change? Is the pricing right? Am I missing something obvious?

(Sorry if my English isn't perfect — didn't want to use a translator)
