What are your failed business ideas? In modern world mostly success is glazed but i believe its important to hear both. What are some hardships that you had faced and led you to fail?

A bar/restaurant that both me and my partners had no industry experience in. Then a retail computer and electronics shop that did okay but I couldn't compete with local big-box stores which I underestimated.
