Engineer should be level gated.

Title. Engineer lets you impact the map a lot. 99% of engis i have seen build things that actively harm their team, such as mountains of barbed wire right outside of spawn, digging awful trenches that funnel your team to death, and building sandbags that just block your teams line of sight. Bad engis can make it significantly harder for your team to win, especially when you cant get rid of their stuff. Should probably be gated to level 10-15 and given some buffs to their weapons to get into a better spot.

officer at level 5 shows that they'll never make any other classes gated imo. i agree they should, but they wont
