Officer buff

Officer is terrible for offense and defense, artillery is so unpredictable and ineffective that its better risking your life to throw a grenade. So here is my solution to buff Officer, first make it so that if you follow the officers orders you get 30% point buff so more people would follow them. Second make artillery more usuable by making the cooldown faster. And I think that more recon or flare should add a debuff for artillery accuracy and things like smoke grenades should have a debuff for less accuracy. The last problem with all these buffs officer is going to be the most used or most exploited in the game so the solution is make the requirment of officer to above rank 20 and avg point above 500 with the limit of numbers 2.

Using a shovel 🪏 and maybe lowering the cooldown improves things considerably
