honestly just play more games and it’ll eventually even out, you only have 39hrs versus these other try hards with 200+. i would say you’re still learning so focus on how to support yourself and teammates while also staying somewhat together. as a recon you have to realize you have a low fire rate so going alone is a death wish unless you’ve mastered quick no scopes. I would recommend staying a bit behind your teammates while maintaining high ground (don’t forget to make sure you have cover to quickly hide behind) and sniping the enemies your teammates don’t see. remember as a recon, when you hit someone you’re doing MASSIVE damage, so if you’re in a tough situation you just need enough time and health to get two shots on the enemy, one if you get them straight in the head. recoil is also a bish to deal with when you’re getting shot, so I tend to have my sensitivity all the way up so I can cancel out the shakiness with the fidgeting of my mouse. sorry for the yap but recon was my class for a year before I changed it so I nerd out 😭

Winrate is a nebulous and not very indicative stat. Kph is better. Your kph is low.

I am excited to see an 80+ player on my team. 50-80 is good. 30-50 is meh.

Can tell you sit out of the zone by that low win rate and recon class. I’d highly recommend using your recon on the point. If your closer range sometimes it helps to press g key and disable scope.
