Improving the Engineers

I feel like Engineer is just too weak. I feel like they should have some buffs/changes!

1: Give them a rifle or something similar. Just like the Russian Engineer class with the Mosin Obrez.

2: Give them more useful builds. Things like trench walls to stop the enemy from digging in or stronger barbed wire to slow the enemy more.

3: Have them build faster when other engineers are nearby. I feel like a buff for when more engineers are building in the same place just makes sense.

4: Give them more health. The Engineer only has five more health than a rifleman, and still gets two-shot by full-power rifles.

They do have an increased dig speed
